Warranty Coverage

Lekelajg provides a 1-year limited warranty for all computer monitors purchased through our website. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty includes:

  • Defects in material or workmanship: If your monitor exhibits any issues such as dead pixels, color inconsistencies, or other defects that affect the normal functioning of the product.
  • Manufacturing defects: If your monitor fails due to a defect that was present at the time of manufacturing (such as display malfunctions or issues with internal circuitry).

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage: Any monitor that has been physically damaged, including cracks, broken screens, or damages caused by dropping or improper handling.
  • Damage due to misuse or accidents: Damage from accidents, spills, or exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or power surges.
  • Wear and tear: Natural wear, such as minor scratches on the screen or body of the monitor, is not covered under this warranty.
  • User modifications: Monitors that have been altered or modified in any way that affects their functionality or warranty eligibility.

Warranty Duration

The warranty period for all products is 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your monitor that you believe is covered under warranty, follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

    • Your order number and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice).
    • A detailed description of the issue with your monitor.

  2. Return Authorization: If your warranty claim is valid, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the defective product. You must obtain an RMA number before returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for defective items under warranty. Please pack the monitor securely to avoid further damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the monitor is returned safely.

  4. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the monitor to verify the defect. If we determine that the issue is covered under warranty, we will either:

    • Repair the defective monitor at no charge, or
    • Replace the monitor with a new or refurbished unit of the same model (subject to availability).
  5. Warranty Period Extension: If your monitor is repaired or replaced, the warranty period will be extended by the amount of time the monitor was out of service, starting from the date we receive the defective product.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a defective monitor. If a replacement is necessary, we will cover the cost of shipping the new unit to you.
  • Replacement or Repair: In the event a replacement unit is no longer available, Lekelajg may substitute it with an equivalent product or offer a refund. If the product is no longer covered by warranty or is out of stock, we may not be able to replace it.

Refunds

Refunds for defective products are typically not offered unless the product cannot be repaired or replaced under the warranty. If a product is deemed non-repairable, we will offer a refund to the original payment method.

Warranty Limitations

  • No other warranties: This warranty is the sole warranty offered by Lekelajg for your monitor purchase. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Extended warranties: If your monitor is subject to a manufacturer’s extended warranty, that warranty may provide additional coverage beyond the standard 1-year warranty from Lekelajg.
