1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products purchased directly from our website within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and other items included with the product are returned.
  • The product is not marked as "final sale."

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Secure Packaging: Package the item securely in the original carton, including all packaging materials and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use, missing items), you will be notified, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked as "final sale."
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, and normal wear and tear.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request pictures of the damage to expedite the process. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged item.
